Termos de Uso

1.⁠ ⁠Delays:

Up to 10 minutes tolerance. After that, the service may be shortened or canceled.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Rescheduling:

At least 24h notice required.

Less than 24h: deposit lost.

Rescheduling within notice keeps the deposit valid.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Nail Extensions Refill:

Refills only for extensions done at our salon.

External work requires full removal + new service.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Nails (Gel Polish):

Up to 5 days: free repair.

Days 6–9: 50% charge.

After 9 days: no warranty.

 

5.⁠ ⁠BIAB:

Up to 10 days: free repair.

Days 11–15: 50% charge.

After 15 days: no warranty.
